Kate Antaya, M.Ed., Director
Kate has been an early childhood administrator for the past 15+ years and holds a Masters Degree from Rivier University. A certified infant, toddler, and preschool teacher, Kate has extensive experience working with multiple age groups and observing children as they grow and develop new skills. After three years of teaching, Kate served for four years as Assistant Director at ECSG, and has held the position of Director for the past four years.
Thea Dusseault, Co-Director
Thea has worked at ECSG for over three years and has been working with young children in a variety of settings for more than 20 years. She is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys meeting new families and being involved in the community we serve. Thea holds a bachelor’s degree from Salem State University. She is committed to ongoing professional development and regularly takes early childhood classes to expand her knowledge and stay current on best practices for young children. Outside of work, Thea enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
